In addition to my academic studies, I have received practical training in different therapies specific to relationship counselling. I borrow the skills and techniques of the collection of approaches I have learned to suit the style and needs of my clients.  We can discuss what you feel will work best for you, and we can adjust how we work as we go.  Ask me about completing the Gottman Relationship Checkup to help identify the strengths in your relationship, and focus our work together.
