Schedules change and emergencies happen.  When you cancel your appointment, it leaves a hole in my schedule that could have been filled by another client.

If you do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), or if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances.

If you are sick, we can arrange to meet through video counselling or by telephone.  

 

Please note that insurance providers will not reimburse you if you did not attend the session.

 

Sessions booked online, and video counselling sessions require a deposit.  The first time a session is changed or cancelled within the allowable time (48 hours prior to your session), your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session.  If you do not re-book, or if you miss or cancel this rescheduled session, you will forfeit the deposit.
